​SYSTEM AND EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS
Having the right equipment is a critical component of a successful business. To service our clients as a call center representative, the system and equipment requirements must be met. It is important to remember these are the minimum requirements needed to service our clients. However, certain client programs may have additional requirements. All customer service representatives must review the Opportunity Announcement for the client program they are interested in servicing, prior to enrolling in a certification course.

STEP 1: CREATE YOUR PROFILE (Referral CSP ID 2867732) CLICK HERE

It’s quick, easy and free!
Once you have successfully created your profile you will be assigned a unique CSP ID.

STEP 2: SELECT A PATH

  • After your registration is complete, you will be asked to select your path.
  • Select “Join an Independent Business vendor already in the Arise Network” and enter our IB ID number 292533 then hit search.
  • Ensure our Business Name "Acme Canada Inc." populates.
  • Now sign the Non-Disclosure Agreement and waiver to send us a request.
  • Once we accept your request you will be able to see all the available servicing client opportunities.
  • If you come across any technical issues during this step, feel free to contact us to guide you through the process.

STEP 3: SELECT AN OPPORTUNITY AND COMPLETE THE TRAINING COURSE

You will now be able to review and select a Client Opportunity that is available.
Please ensure you select an opportunity that you feel fits your qualifications and experience.

STEP 4: VOICE ASSESSMENT

Complete a quick 10 question automated Voice Assessment.
Once you pass, you will be able to move on to Step 5. If you need help or are unable to pass, please contact us immediately.

STEP 5: PC CHECK

This step requires you to complete a PC scan to check if your system is compatible to support the client system as well as your internet speed. For details on the technical requirements please go to System and Equipment Requirements . You must ensure you are hard-wired when running this scan as you will fail it if you are on WiFi. If you require assistance, please reach out to us.

STEP 6: CLIENT SPECIFIC PRE-ENROLLMENT ASSESSMENT

Once you complete the Arise Voice assessment, you will be asked to complete client-specific pre-enrollment assessments. Once you pass all the assessments you will be able to move to the next step which is the background check.

STEP 7: CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK

Please follow the steps to complete a criminal background check. This step usually takes 1-2 business days. Please ensure all the information you submit is accurate to avoid delays.

STEP 8: PAY FOR THE CERTIFICATION (TRAINING) COURSE

After clearing the background check, you will be required to pay for the course which will complete your enrollment for training. Take note of the class dates and times you have enrolled for and ensure you are attending daily. Arise attendance policy is 100%. If you fail to attend the class, you will be dropped from the course.

STEP 9: SELECT YOUR SCHEDULE AND START MAKING MONEY

Once you have completed the certification course, you will be able to select hours and start servicing!
Hour availability is subject to client needs and individual performance.
Revenue will be directly deposited into your account on the 1st and 15th of every month.
